Every Bottlenose website is hosted by Bottlenose. This way, each merchants site is integrated with the Bottlenose platform. As outlined in our Standard Platform, integration is vital to supporting, updating, and maintaining a merchants website.

Typically, our sites are up 99.1% of the time. Our servers are located offsite in a special state-of-the-art hosting facility. Merchant files are backed up daily.

Merchants websites are monitored 24/7. To Bottlenose, it is an urgent situation if any site can not take an order at any time or is down. We will work to resolve this day or night. If there is a problem not considered urgent, Bottlenose will respond by close of business the next day.
